Depression bingo helps people understand what living with depression can feel like. Each square shows common thoughts, feelings, or actions, like "Feeling tired all the time" or "Avoiding friends and family." It’s a way to see that others feel this way too.
The goal isn't to win - it's to help you feel less alone by realizing that others share similar struggles. It can also be a tool to start conversations, reflect on your mental health, and remind yourself that what you're feeling is real and valid.
